2) Once I subscribe, how long will it be before I hear from you?

Once you subscribe we must process your order and enter your information into our database. At that time we will send you a welcome letter and some information to get you introduced to the program. This process is completed within 24 hours, but you will probably receive your information much sooner.

3) When I subscribe, will I be receiving a newsletter?

You’ll be receiving much more than a newsletter. As a Logical Trades member you’ll be receiving our daily Trading Email Notice (TEN). The TEN is the heart of our service and contains all the information you’ll need.

Many subscription services simply provide a recap of the market action and the author’s opinion of the forces behind the action. But our TEN is far more informative. We understand that the market analysis establishes the context in which all trading decisions should be made. We understand that knowing what has already occurred is of little use unless it holds some predictive value as to what may occur in the imminent future.

For this reason, our analysis is presented in a manner which focuses upon understanding the current action to predict what is likely to happen next.

4) When do I receive the TENs?

The TENs are composed each trading evening after the markets have closed. Data must be collected and processed, the analysis must be performed, computer scans and research completed, etc. Finally, the TEN must be composed and prepared for submission.

Due to the number of factors which go into making a high quality product such as the TEN, it can sometimes take several hours before it is finally ready for your review. Our goal is to email your TEN to you by no latter than 10:00 p.m. EST each market evening. This assures that you will have the information well before the markets open the next day.

4) In what format are the TENs sent?

The TENs are sent to you as a PDF file attachment to our email. In order to view the TEN you will need to have either the Adobe Acrobat or the FREE Acrobat Reader. If you don’t already have the Acrobat Reader, you can quickly download it absolutely free at:

http://www.adobe.com

The PDF is our selection of choice because it is a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) format, allowing you to easily view the full color charts while not requiring a lot of computer space.

8) Will I be able to understand the analysis?

No matter what experience you may have, you will easily be able to understand the analysis. It is presented in a form which is very story-like, explaining the continuing saga of the battle between the bulls and bears.

We know that the overwhelming majority of our members are not experts in the field of technical analysis. While the quality of the information and analysis provided is of the highest standard, it is presented in everyday English.

You won’t have to worry about understanding “techno-mumbo-jumbo” or terms which are only understood by fellow analyst, our TENs are written for the average trader. They are easy to follow and comprehend.

9) Isn’t a market analysis just a personal opinion?

For many stock market services, a market analysis is nothing more than a presentation of the analyst’s opinion. It is often presented without any support or basis for the predictions being made. Even more frequently, what passes as an analysis is nothing more than a summary of past market action with no indication as to what the future action may be.

A proper, professional market analysis is a conclusion. The purpose of the analysis is the understand past and current action in order to deduce the most probable short term future action.

The whole goal of the analysis is to determine the most likely future action. Without this, the analysis is worthless since it can’t be applied to trading decisions.

The analysis presented by Logical Trades is, in all respects, a professional level analysis. The most probable short term action is always supported and explained. You will not only know the WHAT behind the most probable future action, you’ll know WHY.

In this sense, our analysis is far less a personal opinion than an objective conclusion reached as a result of evidence. The evidence is determined from the application of several market tools which are highly reliable.

The process used to perform the analysis is explained in depth, as a step-by-step guide to performing a professional level analysis, in our book Professional Power Trading which you can purchase on this site.

10) Is the analysis usually accurate?

Technical Analyst Kevin Butler has 20 years experience studying the market and the conclusions of his market analysis are incredibly accurate.

While no analyst can be proven correct all the time, you’ll find that Mr. Butler’s ability to predict the most probable short term action is often amazing. In fact, we receive more emails complimenting Mr. Butler on his ability to explain and predict market action than any other subject.

The market analysis is the most critical element of your trading program, as it sets the context in which all other trade decisions are made. We encourage you to use the trial period as a time to examine and judge for yourself just how accurate our analysis proves to be. We’re confident that you will be more than impressed.

11) What type of recommendations are made in the analysis?

By understanding what the market has recently done and is doing, we can predict the most probable short term action. Based upon this, we can first recommend whether one should be trading or taking new positions. So the first recommendation addresses the decision to trade or not to trade.

If the market indicates that the odds favor successful trading, then a recommendation is made as to which direction should be traded. The most common and costly mistake a trader can make is to trade against the current market momentum. Our recommendation, whether it be to take long positions or sell shares short, will always reflect the direction which is in harmony with the current momentum of the market.

The final primary recommendation presented in the analysis addresses how aggressively one should trade. Depending upon the expected strength of the move in the market, a recommendation may be made to either trade aggressively or trade lightly. The goal is to match our exposure (the capital we place at risk) with the expected strength of the move.

Finally, there may be specific technical factors, such as the existence of support or resistance levels, which may prompt further recommendations. For example, a recommendation may be made to take new positions until the market reaches a specific price point. This may be due to a support / resistance level which exist near that price and one doesn’t want to be entering new positions right before the market is expected to run into resistance.

All recommendations are designed to allow you to only trade when the odds are in YOUR favor and to use the momentum of the market to YOUR advantage. It provides the critical edge which can easily mean the difference between success and failure.

12) Will I receive any charts?

Absolutely. We believe that you should not only “hear” what is happening, you should be able to “see” it as well. Charts make the action visual and makes understanding easy. Our full color charts bring the action to life.

There is an additional advantage as well, not only will you be able to hear the evidence which supports our analysis, you will see it. You will see the evidence which leads to the conclusions which are made, and this allows you to judge for yourself the quality and reliability of the analysis.
